Gender Diversity Award

(March 2, 2011)  Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., was honored to today receive an award for gender diversity among its Board of Directors. The Board Walk of Fame award was presented at a breakfast ceremony sponsored by the Nashville-based women’s networking organization CABLE. Cracker Barrel received this award for having two or more female members on its Board of Directors. Martha M. Mitchell has served since 1993 and Andrea M.  Weiss joined the board in 2003. Cracker Barrel was one of 11 Tennessee-based public companies (out of 73 total) to receive this award. The Board Walk of Fame award was created last year and this is the second time that Cracker Barrel has received it.
